Your Feeling Guide

For much of my adult life, I identified as a Strong Black Woman. 

The obligation to be strong caused me to suppress my feelings and keep on pushing, until I couldn't. I sank into a deep depression that forced me to feel my way through in order to recover. 

The tools I'll share with you in this workshop are some of the same tools I use to help me move through my feelings, and ultimately my depression. 

I look forward to sharing them with you and holding space for you to feel your feelings. 

You deserve to have someone hold space for all of you — the “good” feelings, the “bad” feelings, and everything in between.

How to Feel is Exactly that!

An online workshop where you get to acknowledge your feelings, be validated for feeling, and receive tools for processing the feelings that feel challenging to be with.

Here's what you can EXPECT

Learn what feelings are and why we have them in a prerecorded workshop.

Then, practice five somatic (body-based) tools that will support you in feeling your feelings. 

Use the provided digital workbook for reflection and greater clarity about your feelings. 

All materials can be used on your own time and you'll have immediate access after you enroll.

The knowledge shared in this workshop could take weeks (or even months) to move through, depending on your capacity and the speed of your therapy sessions.
