Our bodies hold the impact of every experience, especially for Strong Black Women who’ve spent years in survival mode.
Dance/Movement Therapy is a body-based, somatic therapy that provides practical, tangible ways to release that stress.
This approach isn’t about “thinking” your way to calm; it’s about giving your body a safe space to let go of tension, layer by layer, so you feel lighter, stronger, and supported from within.
What you Get:
About 10-15 minutes each day, plus one 60-minute live session each week. Live sessions will be held Tuesdays @ 7pm EST.

This program is a great starting point for your healing, and it lays the groundwork to take it to the next level with individual dance/movement therapy sessions and my other online programs.
The program begins January 6, 2025. You will receive access to the program platform and community at 6am EST on January 6, 2025. Our first live session will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 @ 7pm EST.
No experience needed! Each prompt and movement exploration is beginner friendly.
