If you are...
Welcome, this space was made for you.
A Black woman who’s used to being ‘the strong one’ — the person who holds it all together, even when it all feels like too much.
A Black woman who's been navigating life with "resilience," doing your best to keep moving forward, and shouldering so much for those around you.
A Black woman who's feeling a pull toward a softer life — a more grounded, and more nourishing experience for yourself.
Through Dance/Movement Therapy and body-centered practices, I help Black women recognize how oppression and the ‘Strong Black Woman’ stereotype have become patterned responses in the body.
Together, we’ll begin to shift those patterns, opening up new ways to move, breathe, and feel that are rooted in ease, authenticity, and freedom.
If you’re ready to explore who you are beyond the ‘strong one,’ I’d love to support you.
Together, we’ll create a space where you can release old patterns, embrace the full range of who you are, and feel fully at home in your body.
You deserve a life that’s rooted in freedom, ease, and authenticity.

I support Black women in finding a new meaning for strength, feeling at home in their bodies, and embracing all parts of who they are.
